# 3.6 Excel Puantaj

Tanımlar-> Mesai Tanımları-> Puantaj Excel kolonu alanında mesai tanımları seçilerek, kaydedilir. (bknz.1.görsel)

Excel formatı dışa aktarılıp kolon başlıklarında değişiklik yapılmadan puantaja ilişkin bilgiler doldurularak kaydedilir. (bknz.2.görsel) Sicil no alanı personelin Tc. Kimlik bilgisi ya da Sgk sicil no alanı değildir. Personele ait sicil kartının numarasını ifade eder. Excel puantaj aktarımında mutlaka dolu olmalıdır. Sicil no alanı boş bırakılır ise puantaj aktarılamayacaktır.

Bordro menüsünden işaretli buton ile toplu Bordro oluşturulur. Excel verileri kontrol edilerek puantaja aktarılır. (Puantaj verileri aktarıldıktan sonra geri alınamamaktadır.) (Ekrandan kontrollerinizi sağlayıp aktarımı yapabilirsiniz.)

Puantaj excel aktarımı tamamlandıktan sonra Bordro işlemler menüsünde ‘Tüm Bordroları Yeniden Hesapla’ butonu ile bordrolar yeniden hesaplanarak, işlem tamamlanır.

Excel puantaj işlemler menüsünde ‘Shift ile Saatlik Puantaj Aktar’ butonu ile saatlik puantaj aktarımı yapabilir, aktarılan veriler bordrolara yansıtabilir.
