# 10.7.1 Turnover Raporu

Turnover raporu, diğer adı ile iş gücü devir oranı bir firmada çalışanların işten ayrılma oranlarını ve firmanın istihdam sirkülasyonunu ifade eder. Bu rapor sisteminde turnover ne kadar düşük ise o kadar şirketin çalışan verimliliği o kadar yüksek anlamına gelmektedir. Elektra İnsan Kaynakları Programında, grafiksel olarak departmanların ve firmaların verimliliği hesaplanabilir.

Turnover raporu ile, 

-Çalışma süreleri, 

-Departman bazlı çalışanların devir oranı, 

-Departman bazlı işten ayrılma ve işe giriş oranı gibi, işletmenin çalışan performansı alınabilir. Turnover raporu menüsünde seçili firmanın istenilen yıl ve ay dönemi ve periyot dönemi seçilerek raporlama yapılır. Tercihe göre askıya alınmış sicil kartları da rapora dahil edilebilir. Turnover raporu menüsünde; aktif dönem, tüm dönem, aylık ve periyodik listeleme yapılabilir.
