# 2.12 Personel Tanımları

## **Lojman Tanımları**

İşletmenize ait lojmanların girişini yapmak için açılan satıra lojmanın kodu, adı, adresi ve iletişim numarasını girerek kaydedebilirsiniz.

## **Lojman Oda Tanımları**

İşletmenizdeki lojmanlara ait oda sayıları, kapasiteleri gibi tanımlamalar için açılan satıra ilgili lojman seçilerek girişi yapılır. Örneğin; kodu A104 olan üniversite lojmanı klimalı-doğu cephesi 4 kişilik oda gibi ekleme yapabilirsiniz.

## **Personel Servis Tanımları**

İşletmenizdeki personel servislerini açılan satıra servisin kodu, güzergâh bilgisi, plaka gibi bilgileri eklenerek kaydedilir. Örneğin, Konyaaltı bölgesine 07 TALYA 077 plakalı 18 kişi kapasiteli servis şoförü Mehmet Demir şeklinde eklenebilir.

## **Zimmetlenebilir Stok Listesi**

Şirket envanterlerinde tutulan araç gereçlerin zimmet takibi yapılması için kullanılır. Açılan pencereye ilgili kod, adı, barkod, marka, seri no, model bilgileri vb. tanımlanarak kaydedilir.

## **Zorunlu Belgeler Listesi**

İşletmenizdeki personellerin özlük dosyaları ve işe giriş bildirgeleri için personelden alınacak olan belgeler açılan satıra belge adı yazılarak kaydedilir. Personelden alınması zorunlu belgeler için zorunlu alanı işaretlenerek işlem tamamlanır. Örneğin; Nüfus kayıt örneği zorunlu ise kutu işaretlenmelidir.
