# 14.6 DÖİF(Düzenleyici Önleyici İyileştirici Faaliyetler

İşletmenizde yapılan denetimler sonrasında, misafirlerin geri bildirimleri veya kurum çalışanlarının denetimlerden bağımsız olarak gözlemleriyle ortaya çıkan eksiklik, uygunsuzluk ve iyileştirilmesi gereken tüm faaliyetlerin kayıt altına alınarak çözüm süreçleri ile birlikte takibinin sağlanmasına olanak veren alandır.

Faaliyetin düzenleyici, önleyici, iyileştirici seçeneklerinden hangisi olduğunu seçilir, uygunsuzluk, kök sebep gibi detayları ekleyip ardından, bulgu olarak fotoğraf yükleyebilir, doküman revizeleri ekleyebilir ve DÖİF 'in hangi aşamada olduğunun takibi yapılır. Kayıt işleminden sonra belge, DÖİF ana ekranında görünecektir.
