# 16. MUHASEBE ENTEGRASYONU

İk Modülü içerisinde sadece entegrasyon için kullanılacak olan bir kullanıcı tanımlanır. Örnek ekran görüntüsü aşağıdaki gibidir.

• İşaretli alanda bulunan hiçbir parametre aktif olmamalıdır.&#x20;

• İlgili kullanıcı sadece entegrasyon için kullanılacağından sisteme giriş yapmak için kullanılmamalıdır.

Elektraweb / Muhasebe (Entegrasyonun yapılacağı tenant) için tanımlama Örnek ekran görüntüsü aşağıdaki gibidir;

Şube: Hangi şubenin entegrasyonu yapılacaksa o şube seçilmelidir. Arayüz: Sabit olarak personelweb yazılmalıdır. Kullanıcı kodu: İk tarafında entegrasyon için tanımlamış olduğumuz kullanıcı kodu. Şifre: İk tarafında entegrasyon için tanımlamış olduğumuz kullanıcı şifresi.

Url: sabit aşağıdaki gibidir. Bu alan sadece local kurulumlarda farklılık gösterir web tarafı için sabittir. <https://3013.hoteladvisor.net> RemotetenantId: Ik Hotel Id yazılmalıdır. Aşağıdaki örnekte Hotel Id 1’dir.

FirmaId: İk modülünde çalışılan firmanın İd si yazılmalıdır. (örnek aşağıdaki gibidir.) İk modülünde birden fazla firma kullanılabilir. Burada hangi firmanın bağlantısını yapacaksak o firmaya ait İd yazılmalıdır. Not: Bir tenant üzerinde her firma için ayrıca entegrasyon yapılmalı.

Örnekte görüleceği üzere parantez içerisinde yazan çalışılan firma Id‘ dir.

Entegrasyon bağlantıları ve tanımlamalar yapıldıktan sonra Muhasebe- Muhasebe Entegrasyonları Bordro Entegrasyonu alanından ilgili firma seçilerek veri al butonu ile alınan veriler muhasebeleştir butonu ile entegre edilir
