# 7. İHBAR VE KIDEM TAZMİNATI

Personellere ait ihbar ve kıdem tazminatlarının hesaplandığı ve listelendiği alandır. İşlemler menüsünde ‘İhbar ve Kıdem Hesapla’ butonu ile hesaplama yapılır. Açılan pencerede hesaplamaya dahil olması istenen seçenekler (hesaplama gruba giriş tarihinden yapılsın, kıdem tavanı kullanılsın vb.) işaretlenerek ‘hesapla’ butonuna basılır. Hesaplanan tutarlar ‘Seçili İhbar ve Kıdemi Bordroya Ekle’ butonu ile ilgili dönemin bordrosuna eklenir.
