# 4. BORDRO

Bordro renkleri seçili kanun kodlarına göre değişiklik göstermektedir. Hatalı oluşturulan bordro kırmızı renkte görünecektir. Bordronuzda düzeltme yapıp yeniden hesaplatmanız gerekmektedir. Bordro menüsünde yazıcı kulakçık ikonundan hesap pusulası, hesap pusulası tek nüsha, toplu bordro raporu vb. alınabilir. Yeniden Hesapla (İlgili bordro içerisinde değişiklik yapıldığında yeniden hesapla)-> CTRL+Y Değerleri Oku ve Hesapla (sicil kartı ve parametrelerde değişiklik yapıldığında bordroya yansıtılması isteniliyor ise değerleri oku ve hesapla)-> CTRL+D Bordro ekranında hesaplamaları yaptığınızda formdaki değişiklikler otomatik olarak kaydedilir. Mesailer alanında ok tuşları ve enter ile kolon üzerinde geçiş sağlayabilirsiniz. Mesailer alanından mesai gün girişleri yapılmaktadır. Fazla mesai girişleri saat olarak yapılmaktadır.

Bordroda ek kazanç eklendiğinde eklenecek ek kazanç seçilerek net ya da brüt tutar girişi yapılıp yeniden hesaplanmaktadır.

Bordro menüsünde; ikonundan toplu bordro oluşturulabilir. Bordro işlemler menüsünden bordro oluşturma eğitim videosu, yeniden hesaplama, sicil kartında yapılan değişiklikleri bordroya yansıtmak için değerleri oku ve yeniden hesapla vb. işlemler yapılabilir.
