# 2.1 Firma Kartları

**Firma Bilgileri**

Kayıt yapılacak olan firmaya ait logo, firmanın kısa adı, kuruluş tarihi, unvan, yetkili kişiye ait cep numarası, adresi, çalışma alanı, iş kolu gibi bilgilerinin girildiği alandır. Firma ek bilgileri alanında K.K.T.C. merkezli firmaların adres bilgileri girilir. 

Dönem kilidi alanından değiştirilmesi ve düzenlenmesi istenmeyen işlemler için ilgili yıl ve ay seçerek kilitleme işlemi yapılır. Kilidin kaldırılması istenildiğinde yine aynı alandan kilit kaldırma işlemi gerçekleştirilir.

**Çalışma Bilgileri**

SGK sistemi (işe giriş–çıkış bildirgeleri), Jandarma Kimlik Bildirim Sistemi ve Kep sistemine erişim için kullanıcı bilgileri kaydedilir.
