# 14.7 Hedef Yönetimi

Hedef yönetimi, uzun vadeli başarı için kritik bir araçtır. Bu yönetim yaklaşımı, organizasyonun misyonunu, vizyonunu önemli ölçüde etkiler, hedefleri tanımlar, stratejiler geliştirir, bunları uygular ve son olarak performansı izler ve değerlendirir. Hedef yönetimi modülümüzde departman bazında yıllık hedeflerin belirlenmesini, aylara göre veri girişini, önceki yıl hedefleri ile karşılaştırma yapılmasını sağlar. Bu departmanda çalışanlarında hedeflere katkıda bulunması, takım ruhunu güçlendirir.
