# 9.1 Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemi (PDKS) Tanımlama

Sicil Kartı-> PDKS ID alanına personellerin cihaza kayıtlı ID’leri tanımlanır.

İnsan Kaynakları-> PDKS-> PDKS cihaz listesinden cihaz bilgileri tanımlanır.

Parmak İzi exe ve PDKS İnstall.rar dosyaları kurulacak bilgisayara iletilir. Register SDK.bat dosyası yönetici olarak çalıştırılır. Exeden yazılan cihaz listesindeki IP ve porta bağlantı kurulur. Kayıtları yükle yaparak kayıtlar gönderilir. Program otomatik olarak aktarım sağlamaktadır.

Aktarılan veriler; Giriş- çıkış listesinden görüntülenmektedir. Günlük olarak işlemler düzenlenerek giriş çıkış olarak getirilmesi sağlanmalıdır.
