# 12.4 Personel Performans Değerlendirme
Personel performanslarına ilişkin puanlamaların girildiği alandır. ‘+’butonu ile açılan satıra Firma, değerlendirilen personel adı soyadı, kriter ve puanı yazılarak kaydedilir.
Bu alandan yapılan değerlendirmeler otomatik olarak sicil kartı performans değerlendirmesi sekmesine yansıyacaktır. (bknz.2.görsel)
