# 9.4.4 Personel Eğitimleri

Personellerin alacakları eğitimlerin tanımlandığı alandır. ‘+’ butonu ile açılan pencerede eğitimin adı, durumu, başlangıç bitiş tarihleri, eğitimin alınacağı firma, eğitmen vb. seçimler yapılır. Katılacak personeller Ctrl+A ile seçilerek ‘seçili satırları aktar’ butonu ile aktarılarak kaydedilir. Oluşturulan eğitimler sicil kartlarına otomatik olarak yansır.
