# 14.3 Doküman Revizyon Talepleri

Bir kalite dokümanının revize edilmesi, belgenin güncellenmesi ve gerektiğinde iyileştirilmesi gerekir. Doküman revize talep formunda listeden revizyon yapılmak istenen kalite dokümanı seçildikten sonra, bu pencerede revize edilen dokümana başlık ve alt başlık, ismi ve numarası verilip, hangi standartlara uygun olması gerektiğini, yapılacak revizyonu, operasyona etkilerini, onaylayan kullanıcıyı işaretleyip gerekli alanlar doldurularak kaydedilir. Bir örnekle açıklayalım, revizyon talep formunda birkaç maddeden oluşan bir revizyonunuz varsa ise alt başlık kısmına hangi maddelerin revize olacağı yazılır. Mama sandalyesi temizliği kontrol formuna alt başlık için 3./4./5.maddelere revizyon isteniyor örneğini verebiliriz. Girişi yapılan revize formu "Doküman Revizyon Talepleri" sekmesinde listelenir.
