# 3.2.2 Hesap

Personele ait, avans, icra, nafaka gibi kesintilerin tanımlandığı alandır. Bordro kesintileri entegrasyonun sistem verileri buradan çekmektedir. Entegrasyona gelmesi istenen bilgiler girilmiş olmalıdır.

‘+’ butonu ile açılan satıra kesintinin tarihi, işlem türü, açıklama ve tutar yazılarak kaydedilir. İşlemler menüsü içerisinde ilgili kesinti için taksit oluşturulabilir. (bknz.2.görsel)

Tercihe göre ilgili kesintinin bordroya yansıtılıp, yansıtılmayacağı belirlenir. Bordro oluşturulmamış ise oluşturulan bordroya kesinti otomatik olarak yansıtılır. (bknz.3.görsel)

Örneğin personele ait hem nafaka kesintisi hem de icra var ise nafaka tıtarı eklendikten sonra icrası ödenmeyecek işaretlenirse, sistem tarafından icra hesaplaması nafaka tutarı düşüldükten sonra yapılacaktır. (bknz.3.görsel)

Personele ait icra kesintisi otomatik hesaplansın istenirse, icra listesi butonu ile açılan pencereden ilgili icra aktif seçilerek, icra kurumu, başlangıç bitiş tarihleri, icraya ait tutar, peşin ödeme var ise peşin ödeme tutarı, personelin hakedişlerinden kesinti oranları vb. tanımlanarak kaydedilir.
